
Senior Accountant/Manager Assurance Division

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assurance engagements (audits, reviews, and compilations) from planning through issuance.
- Supervise, mentor, and train staff accountants on engagements.
- Review work papers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, serving as primary contact and a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on improving efficiency and processes within the Firm’s assurance division.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA license (or actively pursuing).
- 4+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on assurance services.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and attestation standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and supervise staff.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
