We are seeking an established leader to join our client’s high-performing Financial Institutions practice, where you will leverage your unique skills, talents, values, and expertise to achieve remarkable results.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Building the firm’s brand as a Face of the Firm
2. Leading efforts to grow the firm and generate business with new clients
3. Identifying opportunities to introduce other firm specialists to existing clients
4. Delivering a “wow” experience to every client

6. Building profitable, sustainable client relationships

Your Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

1. 8+ years of relevant assurance and/or financial institutions leadership experience in public accounting or industry
2. CPA license required
3. Outstanding client service and communication skills
4. Commitment to developing deep, meaningful relationships in the financial services industry
5. Proven experience in developing new business and leveraging trusted relationships
6. Track record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships
7. Proven technical acumen for complex assurance engagements that ensure compliance and ongoing client success
8. Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
9. Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work
10. Exceptional executive presence and professionalism
11. Highly motivated and results-oriented
12. Out-of-the-box thinking, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit
