What Youll Do:

Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement cutting-edge technology solutions for assurance and financial reporting.

Lead the adoption of audit software, workflow tools, and data analytics platforms, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.

Drive business development by identifying innovative service opportunities and managing vendor relationships.

Mentor high-potential staff and develop training programs to enhance technology adoption firm-wide.

Oversee complex technology projects, from due diligence to data migration, ensuring operational excellence.

Who You Are:

US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or H1B Professional with a Bachelors in Accounting (or related field) or 3+ years of industry experience.

CPA and/or PMP certification required.

7+ years in public accounting with manager-level experience in audit software (e.g., CCH Engagement, IDEA, Suralink).

Strong leadership, project management, and public speaking skills to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Innovative mindset with expertise in accounting principles and data analytics.
